2018 State Extension Master Gardener Continuing Education Conference

June 21-22, 2018

Muskogee, OK

Our focus for the conference is Sustainability, targeting the successes in our Oklahoma history considering our rich Native American Heritage and their long-lasting influence on our horticultural methods. We also recognize the agricultural traumas experienced in the 30’s and 40’s and honor the vast strides taken in recovery. We also highly value the newly developed methodologies to augment our efforts in preserving our future for generations to come. Some of these are simply going back to natural, sustainable farming practices and avoiding the mistakes of the past. Others are wildly new in concept and exciting and promising. The conference will feature experienced professionals and horticultural enthusiasts from the Muskogee Area, greater Northeast Oklahoma and Arkansas. It is our hope that you will join us in June to learn more!

Registration will be ready about May 8. The cost of registration will be $45.00. Registration will be online or there will be an opportunity to print the registration form and send it in with a check. An evening reception and dinner will be held Thursday evening for an additional $15.00.
